Cardmakers and papercrafters love to get the most out of the Retiring Products, and it’s important to remember that some items are going fast! Do you want to know how to keep track?
The Stampin’ Up! ordering website can help you keep track of the status of items you’re interested in. When you’re in the Stampin’ Up! Store, click on an item you’re interested in. If there’s a good supply of that item, you won’t get a warning about Low Inventory. But if they’re running low, you’ll see this message.
“Timely delivery” usually applies to stamp sets. Stampin’ Up! will continue to produce stamp sets through May 22nd, and the item could go into Backorder status when current inventory is depleted. But it will be available again once inventory is replaced.
Tools and accessories (including cardstock, inks, embellishments, and everything else) are only available while supplies last. When you click on one of these items that has Low Inventory status, you’ll get this message:
With Bundles, the die set or punch can sell out, but the stamp set will remain available. For example, the Special Reason Bundle and the Stylish Stems Famelits are sold out, but the Special Reason Stamp Set is still available.
Other Bundles, like the Window Shopping Bundle, have both the stamp sets and dies that are Low Inventory. You’ll receive the message to “order soon to ensure timely delivery,” even though the dies will be discontinued once the inventory is depleted.
There are so many retiring products that scrolling through all the pictures on any of the three pages can be time-consuming, especially if your internet is slow or unreliable. The easiest thing to do is get the item number from your catalog, and insert it in the Search Box.
If you want to see updates on a regular basis about items in Low Inventory status, follow the Stamping Madly Facebook Page. I’ve been posting items that are running low, and mentioning things that have already sold out.
Here are just examples of items you might be interested in. Remember that all current Bundles are retiring, even if the stamps and dies will be in the new Catalog. They just won’t be available as a bundle. You’ll have to order the items separately, and miss out on the 10% discount.

12×12 Cardstock Assortments for the Color Collections are retiring. Stampin’ Up! is replacing them with “The Best” of each collection. Each new assortment will have 8 sheets of 3 different colors instead of 2 sheets of 10 different colors. The Brights and Subtles 12×12 collections have already sold out, but Regals and Neutrals are still available, and neither is Low Inventory.

As you can see, keeping track of items that are Low Inventory and Discontinued can be time-consuming and complicated. Even my Facebook Page updates can’t give you ALL the information every day. But I try to post updates at least once a day on one or more popular items. If you have any questions about Retiring Products, feel free to contact me at 505-265-4727.
Some of Stampin’ Up! Retiring Products are going fast, so be sure to order soon so you won’t miss out on your favorites!
