Design tip:  The trees and grass created just the right touch for a background:  Subtle enough not to distract from the focal point, but interesting enough for a closer look.  Sahara Sand ink was the key to make the trees and grass look as if you’re seeing them through some forest fog.  The edges of the background were stamped with the vintage edging stamp from Timeless Textures Since the sentiment isn’t a complete sentence, your recipient will be quick to open the card.

“Day after day, year after year” finishes the sentiment on the front, and together they’ll melt anyone’s heart!  The ephemeral effect of the trees and grass on the card liner repeats the motif from the card front, while leaving you plenty of room to write your thoughts.  Repeating motifs are another effective design strategy.
