How to Make a Corner Fold Card

If you’ve been wondering how to make a Corner Fold card, you’ve come to the right place!  You can see details about the stamp sets and colors in this recent post:  Awesome Handmade Card.

Today I want to show you a video on how to make the Corner Fold card, sometimes called the Corner Flip card.

Here’s what the card looks like when it’s closed.  Don’t you love the corner frame created by the mats inside the card?  It really shows off your artwork!

When you open the card, here’s what you see:

The diagonal fold makes your artwork “float,” which is a nice surprise!  You do have to be careful where you place the greeting on the inside of the card so it won’t show when the card is closed.

Here’s a video on how to make the Corner Fold Card.

Actually there are two parts to the video.  Part 2 is for anyone with a paper cutter that doesn’t have a good ruler on the cutting guide.  You can see how to mark your card stock so you can make the precise cuts you need!

I hope you’ll play with this technique now that you’ve seen how to make a Corner Fold card!
