You can see some other samples colored with Blendabilties in these posts: Waiting for Blendabilities? and Corner Garden Stamp.

If you’ve never used alcohol markers, you’ll be delighted with the effects you can create with shading and contouring.  If you’ve loved coloring images with our water-based markers (Stampin’ Write Markers), but been frustrated with trying to blend colors, then you’ll love Blendabilities!

Since the techniques for using alcohol markers are different than what you may be used to, I put together a quick video on a simple way to create a 3-dimensional effect with shading and contouring.

Blendabilities are now available in 12 Stampin’ Up! colors.  They come in an assortment of three Markers for each color:  Light, Medium, and Dark.  You can also purchase a set of six Skin Tone Markers, ranging from light Ivory to dark Mocha.

You’ll get the best results with Blendabilities using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Whisper White Card Stock.  You’ll also want the Color Lifter to help with shading and blending, as well as fixing mistakes when you go outside of the lines.
