Do you start Christmas Cards in July?

Several customers have told me they like to start making Christmas Cards in July and August.  They find if they wait til fall, they’re way too busy with other holiday preparations.  Does that describe you?  If you’ve looked through the new Stampin’ Up! Catalog, maybe you’ve wondered what happened to the Christmas Stamp Sets?

Stampin’ Up! started leaving the holiday merchandise out of the Annual Catalog last year, and put it all in the Holiday Catalog.  That’s just fine if you don’t start thinking of Christmas until August or September at the earliest.  But if you like to get a head start on your holiday projects, that doesn’t help you out!  So you’ve got some choices:

1.  The Holiday Carryover List:  For the past two years, Stampin’ Up! has released a flyer with items that would be available after the Holiday Catalogs retired.  There was some confusion about when the Carryover List would retire,.  You can see what I wrote in May featuring some of the stamp sets in this post:  Holiday Favorites are Retiring.

Later they told us the items can be ordered until the new Holiday Catalog goes live on August 28th.  Use this button to see everything on the Carryover List in my online Stampin’ Up! Store:

2.  Stampin’ Up! has also released a new photopolymer stamp set called Christmas Bliss.  It’s a fun set that will definitely get you started on your Christmas cards and tags!
