The news from Stampin’ Up! is that the new Texture Boutique Embossing Machine is unavailable for order at this time. They still plan on the machine being available in the next Annual Catalog that comes out in June.
Feedback from a number of Demonstrators has indicated that the machine gives uneven embossing with high definition Embossing Folders. High definition folders are the ones where the embossing is quite deep, like the Chevron, Modern Mosaic, or Beautifully Baroque Folders, to name a few.
Stampin’ Up! and the manufacturer are working together on a permanent fix for this problem, and expect to have a solution in time for the new Annual Catalog. They’re committed to providing whatever is needed to insure even embossing with all of our Embossing Folders.
If you already purchased the Texture Boutique, Stampin’ Up! assures us it works fine with less detailed folders. They’ll make sure that everyone who bought one will be sent whatever permanent solution they come up with.
