How would you like to purchase tax-free merchandise from Stampin’ Up! during the “Back-to-School” tax holiday? 16 states have these tax holidays during August, and several of them are coming up this weekend. For those of us who live in New Mexico, the dates are August 2nd through 4th. To find out if your state has a tax holiday, the dates and eligible items, use this button:
You can purchase select cardmaking and papercrafting tools and supplies during the tax holiday. Not all Stampin’ Up! supplies are eligible. You’ll have to see the specifics for your state. But here in New Mexico the eligible items must cost under $30, and include:
- Blender Pens, White Gel Pen
- Stampin’ Write Markers
This is a perfect time to stock up on adhesives of all kinds, purchase those Paper Snips you’ve been wanting, or add Blender Pens to your coloring tools. Best of all, Stampin’ Write Markers are tax free this weekend. No matter whether you want single Markers, or a specific Color Collection, they’re all tax free! Since the entire collection of Many Marvelous Markers cost more than $30, they unfortunately aren’t eligible for New Mexico’s tax holiday.
If you’ve been wanting to add the new Stampin’ Up! colors to your set, but don’t need all the In Colors that retired this year, remember you can purchase individual new color Markers through October 31st. View this post for more details: New Color Markers.
Remember, the items I listed above are the eligible items in New Mexico. Every state has different rules. Once you check out the Tax Holiday Information link above, use this button to order tax-free merchandise from my Online Stampin’ Up! Store.
