Another Carmaking Contest Entry from Robbie Chandler

I have another entry in the Stamping Madly Cardmaking Contest from Robbie Chandler.  Many of you loved her entry last week, and left her some wonderful comments.  Use this link to view it again:  Antique Secret Garden Card.

This entry uses a technique I've not tried.  She calls it a "napkin card," because the entire background (flowers, butterflies, postmark, writing, etc.), is from a paper napkin.  She just fused the napkin to a piece of card stock.

Curious about how she did that?  She wrote out some great directions, and rather than typing them out here, you can download the supply list and instructions.  She included a photo of a second card, that uses another panel of the same napkin, so be sure to take a look!

Please leave a comment for all the contest entries.  Although I'll choose my favorite for the $50 prize, I'll take all your comments into account when I'm making the decision.

Even though the entry deadline is past, I have several more entries waiting to be posted. I won't announce the winner until you've had a chance to see all of them and leave your comments.

Thanks to Robbie Chandler for another Stamping Madly Cardmaking Contest entry!

I take Robbie’s classes most times and enjoy not only the creative ventures she puts us through but the fellowship with others. We have a blast! The napkin card was an out-of-the-box thinker and we were amazed at how beautiful ours turned out. There are no mistakes in Robbie’s class. We each are encouraged to explore different avenues and do our thing. Jane

This about the 3rd card we have made with
the napkin technique and the best one yet.
Robbie is a wonderful teacher. I say teacher instead of instructor because she
really does teach. If you mess up she just
goes with the flow and helps you correct the
mistake or just lets you start over with new materials at no extra charge. Our classes
are a lot of fun and laughs. We make cards, eat and laugh for hours.
