Handmade Easter Card

No matter how you celebrate Easter, a handmade card is always the perfect way to let friends and family know you care.  Since spring is in full force here in Albuquerque, you'd have to know I'd make one with flowers.  This one's made with the Secret Garden stamp set.

The inspiration for this card came from a photo I posted on Facebook when my daffodils first started blooming.

Daffodils against Blue Tile

The yellow against the dark blue tiles is so striking, I knew I'd have to use the colors in a card.  So out came the Daffodil Delight and Midnight Muse card stock. I don't have a daffodil stamp, but the blossom from Secret Garden reminds me of the big double daffodils in the garden.

If you love flowers even half as much as I do, then you'll love the Secret Garden set and coordinating Framelits.
