Click on Check for Updates, and you'll be guided through the update process. When the installer tool gives you a choice, just go with the defaults, unless you know what you're doing and really want the files somewhere else on your computer.
Now that all the features are ready for My Digital Studio 2, that means that the disc version (MDS 2+) is finally available. The digital content in MDS 2+ is different than that in the original version of My Digital Studio, so don't think you'd be paying for something you already have.
