Here's the simple version:
I was watching So You Think You Can Dance (my favorite TV show) a couple weeks ago, and the costumes in the Bollywood number reminded me of this card. As you've probably noticed, I don't use the colors in the Brights Collection a lot, but I loved working with the Daffodil Delight and Tangerine Tango with the Daydream Medallions stamp set.
Then I had a lot of fun making the stepped-up vintage version:
It doesn't show very well in the photo, but the flower and the light colored layer are made from "Patina Paper," a technique I demonstrate in this month's video tutorial.
