Glimmer Paper Bow and Tea Light Holder

What a cool way to use Red Glimmer Paper to create a bow that is also a Tea Light Holder.  Eva Davalos is the guest designer for this project, and I love what she's done!  The bow sits on a medallion made with the Simply Scored tool from Stampin' Up!

When I first looked at it, I wondered how you would turn on the battery operated tea light since it looks like it is part of the bow.  But it actually just sits in the center and is easily removed.

Eva covered the tea light with a strip of Red Glimmer Paper around the edge of the tea light, and used the Scallop Circle Punch for the top.  Cherry Cobbler Quilted Satin Ribbon works as a great accent around the bulb, as well tucked under the loops of the bow.

It may be too late to try this project for Christmas, but remember–Red Glimmer Paper is a great product to have on hand for Valentine's Day.
