The Open Sea: It’s Not Too Late

I love The Open Sea stamp set from Stampin’ Up!’s Summer Mini Catalog that retired last week, and was really sad to see it go.  Here’s one of the cards I made with this beautiful set.

The Open Sea from Stampin' Up!

Here’s the good news:  Stampin’ Up! announced on Friday that The Open Sea will be available as a write-in item until next July.  Many of us are hoping it will make it into next year’s main catalog as well, but we won’t know until it comes out.

As you’ve probably noticed, I tend to go for the girlie stuff:  hearts, flowers, butterflies, etc.  So finding a set that I really like that makes such great masculine cards is a welcome change!

The Open Sea is available in wood mount (#123030) or clear mount (#123032).  If you didn’t order this set before the Summer Mini retired, now is your chance:  CLICK HERE to go to my online Stampin’ Up! Store.

I understand that this is not retiring!

I’m glad. I really like this stampset.
