Here is one of the first triptych cards I did from over a year ago. I find the three panel design very appealing. I think it is because our eyes tend to find "threes" calming and harmonious. One of the design concepts I teach my customer/students is that our eye needs to be able to come to rest in our finished project. What do you think?
Have you tried a triptych yet? Do you need help figuring out how to make one? If you are a Stamping Madly Newsletter subscriber, you will have access to "How To Create a Triptych" in the issue that comes out this week. If you haven't subscribed yet, what are you waiting for?
Every issue is full of great tips, Ask the Mad Stamper Q&A, announcements, free tutorials–content that is only for subscribers at that time. Some of the content may make its way onto the blog or elsewhere at a later date, but subscribers see it first. And some of that content is for sale, like the tutorials in my blog store, but they appear in the newsletter first, and are FREE for subscribers.
