Moms and Grandmas Scrapbook Page with Baby Tees Wheel

I have started a scrapbook for my "honorary" grandson, Dominic.  He is 5 years old now, but I am starting back at the beginning.  I did the first page this week as part of the Stamp-a-Holics Friday Challenge.  It was my turn to come up with the sketch, and here it is:

Here is my page:
Now you may be wondering where Lil T is,
and my usual tutorial.
Lil T took one look at what I had in mind,
and decided he had a kitchen project he wanted to work on.
I actually did this project over a span of a few days.
It was a really busy week,
and instead of playing with a design and then sitting down to put it all together,
I just put it together as I went along.
I imagine I was way, way over the 20 minute deadline for the challenge.
(I hear T snickering in the other room.)
When I started envisioning this page,
I knew I would have to use Stampin' Up!'s new wheel,
Baby Tees.
Isn't it adorable?
I inked the cartridge for the jumbo wheel with Night of Navy ink,
and applied it to the So Saffron card stock.
Here you can see how I used it as a background stamp on the Not Quite Navy card stock layer.
Marina Mist and So Saffron card stock make up the mats
and the Scallop Trim Border Punch adds a nice touch.
The tags are from Teddy and Train and Tiny Tags stamp sets,
and embellished with the new 1/8" Grosgrain Ribbon in Marina Mist and Daffodil Delight:
So that is this week's sample for the Stamp-a-Holic challenge.  Be sure to go to Carole'Anne's blog to see her sample, and find the links to the other design team projects HERE.  And remember, I always reading your comments and appreciate you taking the time to leave them.  Have some fun this weekend,
