Spring Song, One More Time

I hate to say goodbye to the stamp set Spring Song.  I have looked at it in the catalog many times, but didn't get it until Sale-a-Bration this year, and already it is retiring.  It is such a lovely set, and I am just not ready to let it go. You can see another card I used it for last week HERE

I used Rose Red, Pretty in Pink and Old Olive card stock.  The image is stamped on watercolor paper with Black Staz-On and colored with markers and a blender pen.  The tag uses a stamp from the Vintage Vogue set.  Pretty in Pink ribbon and brads set off the other colors nicely.
I just had to use something from my pre-order goodies that came last week.  The Designer Series Paper is Greenhouse Gala and makes a great background for all that pink and rose.  Looks a lot like something I would find in my garden–the hummers are very busy these days with all the early summer blooms.

That is all for now.  Can't wait to show you some more goodies that will be available in the new catalog July 1st.  Meanwhile, if you like this stamp set and don't have it yet, you have a couple more weeks to order it from the Last Chance List.  Just click the button on the left side bar to see all the retiring stamp sets and accessories and place your order.  And be sure to check back on Friday for the Stamp-a-Holics challenge for this week.
