Dear Father

I hope you all enjoyed Mothers Day.  I spent the morning taking photos in the garden.
I have some projects ready for my class next weekend.  Here is one of them–a Fathers Day card.  I am not known for my masculine cards, and I had to stretch a little for this one.  But once I ordered the To The Nines Designer Series Paper, the rest came easily.
The card stock is one of my very favorite retiring colors, Sage Shadow.  I combined it with a mat of Chocolate Chip.  The Medallion is stamped with Chocolate Chip Craft Ink and embossed with clear embossing powder.  The greeting is from the Well Scripted stamp set and punched with the Designer Label.  The hardware from Hodgepodge Hardware set, and the ribbon is Chocolate Chip Taffeta.  I added some Linen Thread bows.

Sage – Love your colors. I do not have this background stamp, but the more I seen done with it makes me want it. Hopefully it will not be retired. Manly cards are so hard to do. Thanks for sharing!Donna
